Yes. IMVO can discuss local property oversight and care with owners who live abroad or away from Kigali. The service scope, access and reporting arrangements are agreed with you before care begins.
Can I follow more than one property?+
The owner experience is designed around your authorised portfolio. The IMVO Control Room brings multiple buildings, owners, care requests and teams into one workspace.
How are quotations and work approvals handled?+
The care workflow records an assessment and written quotation for your decision before work proceeds. Emergency authority, budgets and payment terms are agreed as part of your service arrangement.
Is the Android app ready for testing?+
